Global Trade Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities
- Manage import transactions and ensure timely, compliant clearance of products into BD facilities
- Classify imported products using HTS codes and maintain FDA and other PGA data requirements
- Review commercial invoices and import documentation for customs compliance; resolve discrepancies
- Manage customs broker relationships, monitor performance, and oversee ISF compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support standardized import processes across business units
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years global trade compliance, import operations, or customs brokerage experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, and customs valuation
- Current U.S. Customs Broker License or actively pursuing certification
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Global Trade Management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
- Authorized to work for any U.S. employer without visa sponsorship
