Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging. Monitor social media trends, tools, platforms, and apply innovative approaches to stay ahead of the curve. Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts, and optimizing posting times for maximum reach and impact. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns. Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to enhance future strategies. Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and cultivate a positive brand image. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a dynamic business environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
