Production Welders - $1,000 Signing Bonus + $11,000 Relocation - Up to $35/hr - Henderson, CO RK Industries, LLC is seeking Production Welders to join their fabrication team in Henderson, Colorado. Perks & Benefits Competitive wages: $28 - $35 per hour $1,000 signing bonus $11,000 company-paid relocation assistance Access to cutting-edge training and tools Opportunities for career advancement and leadership Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401K, etc.) Accredited apprenticeships and ongoing development through RK University Supportive, safety-focused work culture Community involvement through the RK Foundation What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent (technical education or certification is a plus) 3-5 years of welding and metal processing experience for Welder 1; 5-10 years for Welder 2; 10+ years for Welder 3 6G welding certification required (or eligibility for 6G for advanced levels) Proficiency in FCAW, MIG, GMAW, and SMAW welding processes Ability to perform X-ray quality welds on process piping, hydronics, and pressure vessels Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings Physical ability to work in high places, tight/confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures Ability to work in various weather and environmental conditions What Will Make You Stand Out Technical education or welding certifications beyond minimum requirements Experience with ASME pressure vessels and advanced welding tasks Proficiency in welding light metals and structural fitting Leadership experience or ability to mentor junior welders Advanced mathematical skills (trigonometry, geometry) Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
