The Opportunity: A busy, varied caseload spanning preventive care, urgent care, dentistry, surgery, and medical workups . Full medical autonomy with the support of an experienced veterinary and technical team. Practice in a fast-paced urban hospital with highly engaged, invested pet owners. Regular exposure to urgent care cases and advanced procedures, including orthopedic surgery. At least 3-5+ years of experience as a DVM in a small animal GP, urgent care, or similar setting is required . The Resources: Six-DVM team supported by lead technicians, a surgical lead, pharmacy support, CSRs, and a skilled technician/assistant team. Full-service care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets. Dentistry, soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, and urgent care availability. Diagnostics including ultrasound/echocardiogram options, EKG, radiography, and laboratory services. Laser therapy to support pain management, inflammation, healing, and post-surgical recovery. Compensation & Benefits: Starting salary of $130,000-$150,000 plus quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual. 401(k) with company match .
