Assistant Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

One of CT and NY's top mechanical contractors is seeking multiple experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC and plumbing projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met, managing project schedules and budgets, assisting with project financials and documentation processes such as RFIs, change orders and submittals, and conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred, minimum of 1 years of experience in project management at a commercial mechanical contractor in CT preferred, strong knowledge of HVAC, piping and plumbing systems, proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam or similar, and ability to maintain project financials and documentation.

Benefits include base salary $75,000-100,000/year depending on experience, medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, sick time, paid holidays, and bonus. For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States. We do not sponsor for this position.
