Business Analyst - ERP Integration

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst - ERP Integrations in McKinney, TX. Overview: We are seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise application, ERP, and systems integration initiatives across a growing organization. This role will partner with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and project teams to document business processes, gather requirements, support integrations, perform testing, and help deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing current and future-state processes, creating functional documentation, facilitating requirements gathering sessions, supporting system implementations, assisting with data mapping efforts, coordinating testing activities, and providing end-user training and documentation. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of how business processes flow through ERP systems and can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. This position requires someone who is comfortable leading meetings, collaborating across multiple teams, and supporting projects from discovery through deployment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working on integration-focused initiatives and serving as the bridge between business operations and technology teams.

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting ERP or enterprise application initiatives
• Experience participating in system integration projects involving multiple applications exchanging data
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business and technical requirements
• Knowledge of APIs, interfaces, integrations, and data mapping concepts
• Familiarity with SQL, database structures, or querying data for analysis and validation
• Experience creating process flows, functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to facilitate meetings and work with both business and technical teams
• Experience supporting software implementations, enhancements, or enterprise application projects

• Distribution, wholesale distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain experience
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Epicor, Dynamics, Infor, NetSuite, Sage, or similar solutions
• Experience working with Smartsheet, Visio, or Microsoft 365 tools
• Exposure to testing, deployment, training, and change management activities
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
