Job Description
- Diseñar y liderar estrategias comerciales alineadas con los objetivos de la organización.
- Gestionar y supervisar el desempeño del equipo comercial, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas.
- Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con clientes clave para identificar oportunidades de negocio.
- Analizar el mercado y la competencia para detectar tendencias y oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Supervisar las negociaciones de contratos y acuerdos comerciales.
- Garantizar la implementación de políticas y procedimientos comerciales eficientes.
- Presentar informes y análisis de desempeño a la alta dirección.
- Colaborar con otras áreas clave para garantizar la integración de las estrategias comerciales.
The Successful Applicant
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
- Formación profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines.
- Experiencia previa liderando equipos en el área comercial.
- Conocimiento avanzado del sector de servicios empresariales.
- Habilidades estratégicas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés.
- Disposición para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y competitivo.
