We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a growing upscale-casual, farm-to-table restaurant concept in Glen Mills, PA.

The concept focuses on seasonally changing menus, locally sourced ingredients, quality food, thoughtful hospitality, and an elevated guest experience .

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and service
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
• Manage scheduling, labor, and staffing levels
• Monitor food cost, inventory, waste, and operational expenses
• Support financial performance and profitability
• Partner with culinary leadership to maintain food quality and execution
• Drive strong guest satisfaction and service standards
• Handle guest and employee concerns professionally
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Full-service restaurant experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with labor, scheduling, inventory, and financial controls
• Strong guest-service orientation
• Comfortable working closely with FOH and BOH teams
• Interest in quality food, hospitality, and seasonal cuisine
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
