Residential Children's Home - Deputy Manager

We are looking for highly motivated, reflective, and creative professionals to assist our Registered Managers in the delivery and operation of a high‑quality, cost‑effective children’s home through the effective management of staff, supervision of practice and setting of standards. You will need to be a strong team player with great communication skills and a commitment to working collaboratively. You should have experience of working with vulnerable children and experience at leading, inspiring and motivating people to ensure exceptional care for children. The successful candidate would also be willing to work within other homes within the service when support is required.
