This role includes handling the register, packing food orders, answering phone calls, and supporting the team as needed. Responsibilities Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner. Operate the cash register and process payments accurately. Pack and organize takeout and delivery orders efficiently. Answer phone calls and take customer orders professionally. Assist the shift manager with operational tasks. Ensure the counter area is clean and well‑stocked. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
