Position is 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2PM CST - 10:30PM CST, with some Weekends
What You Will Do
- You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 1st Shift
- You will supervise approximately 12 - 15 hourly Associates
- On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates
- You will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are met
What You Should Have
- You preferably have a Bachelor's degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered
- You have 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company
- Experience with Google or Microsoft administrative applications
