Job Summary
The Picker/Packer will support warehouse and material handling operations, including picking, packing, sorting, storing, and preparing parts for shipment. Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, sort, store, and prepare parts for shipment.
- Move and position loads using a crane and order picker.
- Assist and provide guidance to other team members.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Follow written instructions and established processes.
- Work accurately with close tolerances.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Good attendance and reliability.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and written procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, stooping, walking, and kneeling.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding warehouse activities.
Required:
- Metatarsal safety boots
- Gloves
- Ear plugs
- Safety glasses
- Bump cap
PPE: Company provides all required PPE except metatarsal safety boots. #ZR
