Junior Project Manager

A well-established architectural metals and glazing contractor is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in commercial glazing, storefront, curtain wall, or architectural metals who is ready to take the next step into project management. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with day-to-day management of commercial glazing and storefront projects Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and project schedules Assist with material procurement, fabrication, deliveries, and installation coordination Communicate with GCs, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams Track project costs, change orders, invoices, and documentation Help maintain project schedules and budgets Coordinate with field teams to keep projects on schedule Assist with resolving project issues and coordinating solutions Attend project meetings and provide project updates Maintain accurate project records using Procore and Microsoft Office Assist with punch lists, closeout, and final documentation Requirements 2+ years of commercial construction experience Background in glazing, storefront, curtain wall, architectural metals, or building envelope preferred Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working with GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel Procore experience preferred Construction-related degree or technical education preferred, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Just Construction Recruitment
