As an Integration Engineer on the Autonomy team, you'll be working at the intersection of AI, robotics, and systems integration, bringing Tesla's cutting edge technology to life across both vehicle and robotic platforms. This role blends software development, system level problem solving, and cross functional collaboration to ensure seamless performance across our full autonomy stack. You'll contribute to cabin sensing and driver monitoring systems that operate across multiple autonomy modes, integrate computer vision pipelines for occupancy and attention detection, and help bring new vehicle platforms – including robotaxi – from prototype to production. Your work will span regulatory compliance efforts for global markets, active safety feature development, and continuous modernization of core software infrastructure. You'll work closely with teams spanning hardware, AI, controls, and safety to develop and implement features that push the boundaries of what's possible in autonomous systems. Your work will also play a vital role in defining and validating safety and reliability specifications for driverless operation. This includes designing fault tolerant mechanisms and building redundant system architectures to mitigate risks and maximize uptime. From early stage prototyping to production deployment, you'll contribute to the development of core features and infrastructure that power autonomy in both Tesla vehicles and robots.
