Job Description The Global Freight Forwarding (GFF) Enterprise International Account Manager is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of strategic multinational customers within UPS Global Freight Forwarding. This role serves as the primary commercial relationship owner for assigned enterprise accounts, driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profitability, and long-term strategic alignment across international air freight, North American Air Freight, ocean, and customs brokerage. The Enterprise International Account Manager acts as the voice of the customer internally while leveraging UPS's global network, products, and capabilities to develop tailored logistics solutions that create value for customers and UPS. The position requires strong consultative selling skills, executive relationship management, cross-functional leadership, and a deep understanding of international trade and transportation. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned enterprise global freight forwarding customers. Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including logistics, procurement, supply chain, transportation, and executive leadership teams. Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen customer partnerships. Understand customer business objectives, supply chain challenges, and strategic priorities. Revenue Growth & Account Development Execute account growth strategies designed to increase revenue, profitability, and share of wallet. Identify and pursue opportunities across the GFF portfolio of services. Lead account planning and pipeline development activities. Drive retention and expansion efforts within existing customer organizations. Strategic Account Leadership Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans for assigned enterprise customers. Coordinate cross-functional teams to support customer objectives and solution implementation. Lead customer strategy discussions, opportunity reviews, and growth initiatives. Monitor market conditions, trade developments, and competitive activity impacting customer supply chains. Executive & Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Pricing, Operations, Customs Brokerage, Trade Management, Finance, and Implementation teams. Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support multinational customer requirements. Present account strategies and business reviews to internal leadership teams. Advocate for customer needs while maintaining alignment with business objectives. Knowledge & Skills Strategic account management Enterprise sales and relationship development Consultative selling and solution design International logistics and transportation knowledge Financial and commercial acumen Executive presentation and communication skills Negotiation and contract management Data analysis and KPI management Cross-functional leadership Knowledge of global trade regulations and customs requirements Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) Experience leading multinational customer engagements Understanding of freight forwarding pricing and procurement processes Qualifications Experience 5-10+ years of logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation, or enterprise sales experience. Proven success managing large strategic or multinational customer accounts. Experience with global air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, or supply chain solutions. Demonstrated success growing revenue within complex enterprise accounts. Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Compensation & Benefits Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $100,320/year to $199,980/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
