Respiratory Therapist - Fulltime

Responsibilities:

Provide respiratory care to patients across all age groups, including newborns, pediatrics, and adults.
Assist in C-sections and high-risk deliveries, ensuring proper respiratory support for newborns.
Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, ventilators, nebulizers, and other respiratory treatments.
Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis and adjust treatments accordingly.
Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and home care needs.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
Available to work a day shift and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Role Qualifications:

RRT or CRT certification is required.
Washington State Respiratory Therapist license.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
Experience in critical care, NICU, or labor and delivery is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
