Fabrication And Testing Hose AssembliesThis position is tasked with fabricating and testing hose assemblies as indicated on production orders.Key Job Responsibilities:Measure and cut hoses per work order instructionsMold labels onto silicone hose per work instructionsFabricate and test hose assembliesTag, clean, assemble and package hose assembliesUse calipers to verify crimp diametersWork in a cleanroom environment, when necessaryEnter production information into ERP system as requiredRead and interpret documents such as safety rules, work orders and work instructions, as well as operating and procedure manualsEducation, Skills and Experience Requirements:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with team membersBasic computer knowledge and skills requiredAbility to use tape measures and calipersBasic math skills required, specifically in the areas of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimalsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
