Responsibilities include providing information about insurance products and services, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, handling client inquiries and providing timely responses, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services, maintaining a strong work ethic.

Qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, sales experience preferred, property and casualty license (must be able to obtain), life and health license (must be able to obtain), successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred, people-oriented, self-motivated, detail oriented, proactive in problem solving, able to learn computer functions, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, ability to work in a team environment, detail-oriented and able to multitask, experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
