Data Entry Specialist - Legal Department Support
Location: Columbus, OH 43215
Fully Onsite - 5 Days per Week
Pay Rate: $19.24 - $21.64/hr.
6-Month Contract Assignment


We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to support the Legal Department of a global automotive organization in Columbus, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced office environment and enjoy working with documents, data management, and administrative support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform high-volume data entry and document processing
2. Review legal correspondence and documents for general content understanding
3. Search and identify appropriate case files within multiple databases and CRM systems
4. File and organize documents within document management systems
5. Maintain accurate records and track large volumes of files and documentation
6. Support paralegals and legal staff with administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or Associate's degree required
• Prior experience working with legal documents or office administration is required.
• Basic understanding of litigation terminology is a plus (party names, legal venues, defense counsel, etc.)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong data entry and typing skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Professional demeanor and ability to work in an office setting
• Must be able to successfully pass a data entry assessment/test
