Housekeeping Director Location: Hazel Crest, IL Company: Pine Crest Nursing and Rehab About the Role: Pine Crest Nursing and Rehab is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team! As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our residents live in a clean and comfortable environment. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring that all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards Develop and implement effective housekeeping schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of staff and resources Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness and organization, identifying and addressing any areas of concern Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping activities and performance Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and dietary, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication About us: We take pride in providing every resident with individual care of the highest quality, with a single goal in mind- helping regain fullest potential of health and functioning.
