Lifecycle CRM Manager — EdTech Engagement & Retention
Level
Level is seeking a hands-on Customer Lifecycle Manager to build Level’s CRM and messaging programs from the ground up. You will own the platform, delivery logic, and execution across in-app messaging, email, push notifications and more. Marketing and editorial own messaging; you own timing and delivery to the right audience. You will shape audience segmentation, consent flows, and tiered messaging to improve retention, engagement, and revenue while collaborating with Engineering and Editorial #J-18808-Ljbffr Level
