divh2Womens Services Technician Part Time Benefits Eligible - 0.6FTE/h2pOur GYN Oncology and Urogynecology outpatient clinics are seeking a Womens Services Technician with strong procedural experience and sterile technique handling to assist with a wide range of in-office procedures. This is a highly procedure-focused role. Travel between our Brookfield, Mukwonago, Oconomowoc, and Waukesha locations is required./ppWhat You Will Do:/pulliProvide hands-on procedural support in GYN Oncology and Urogynecology, assisting providers in a variety of in-office procedures, including:/liulliUrethral bulking/liliHysteroscopy/liliCystoscopy Cystoscopy with Botox/liliCO? Laser treatments/liliBladder instillations/liliBiopsies/li/ulliEnsure and maintain sterility in procedural areas, properly handling surgical instruments, and preparing sterile fields./liliSupport patient care by taking vitals, obtaining specimens for lab testing, and assisting in patient positioning during procedures./liliUtilize Epic to document procedures, test results, and maintain accurate patient records./liliMonitor supply inventory, track expiration dates, and uphold JCAHO and CMS compliance standards./li/ulpWhat Were Looking For:/pulliStrong procedural experience in a clinical or surgical setting./liliComfort in assisting providers during hands-on, procedure-heavy patient interactions./liliKnowledge of instrument sterilization, aseptic technique, and quality control./liliFlexibility to travel between ProHealth Cares Brookfield, Mukwonago, Oconomowoc, and Waukesha locations./li/ulpWhat You Will Need:/pulliAssociates Degree or certification as an LPN, Surgical Tech, CNA, or Medical Assistant (active or expired registry accepted)./liliMinimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with direct procedural assistance experience./liliBLS certification from the American Heart Association./li/ulpIf you have hands-on procedural experience and are passionate about delivering high-quality womens health care, wed love to hear from you!/p/div
