Coordinate installation crews, specialized equipment, and materials across daily job sites.
Manage job costs by tracking actual performance against initial estimated budgets.
Identify field scope changes and successfully manage change orders.
Monitor job-level gross margins and report variance trends directly to leadership.
Lead client communication seamlessly from pre-construction alignment through final sign-off.
Hire, coach, and manage field personnel to ensure safety compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of landscape-construction project-management experience.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory or management capacity.

Professional fluency in English, with bilingual fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary between $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
Target performance incentive of approximately 10% of base compensation.
Company truck and fuel card provided for work-related driving.
Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay.
