About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Dean of Careers and Professional Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of career services and professional development programs for students. This includes providing guidance on job search strategies, resume writing, interview preparation, and networking. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with employers to create internship and job opportunities for students. Applicants for the Associate Dean position should have a strong background in career services, with a focus on legal or professional industries. A JD or equivalent degree is typically required, along with a proven track record in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with a diverse student body, and a deep understanding of the current job market and professional development trends. Experience in program management, event planning, and a commitment to the success of students in their professional endeavors are also essential.
