Senior Backend Software Engineer

About Sunbound

Sunbound is Senior Living's Revenue Operating System.

We build AI-powered technology for assisted living and skilled nursing operators, giving them one connected platform to run their entire revenue operation. Admissions, private payments, Medicare and Medicaid claims, working capital. Everything between a resident moving in and the cash hitting the bank. Revenue on autopilot.

Senior living operators got into this business to care for people. But fragmented systems, manual follow-up, and endless admin work pull them in the wrong direction.

We fix that. Sunbound replaces manual revenue work with intelligent automation so operators get back to what matters: care.

The results:

• $1B+ in payments processed annually
• Operators across 45 states
• 40,000+ family interactions supported every year
• 99%+ net collection rates
• 95%+ on-time payments
• 40+ hours reclaimed per community per month
• 96%+ first-pass claims acceptance
