Experienced Automotive Service Technician

WE NEED A FEW GOOD TECHNICIANS.

And we're not going to pretend changing shops is a small decision.

Starr Motors has been family-owned and operated in Suffolk since 1962. We're busy, we're growing, and we're looking for experienced Automotive Technicians who want plenty of work, good people around them, and a place they can actually build a career.

What we're offering:

• Competitive flat-rate pay based on experience and certifications
• Sign-on bonus for qualified experienced technicians
• Plenty of work and opportunity to produce
• Paid vacation and holidays
• Health and dental insurance
• 401(k) / savings plan
• Short- and long-term disability
• Paid training and opportunities to grow
• Employee discounts
• A locally owned, third-generation family dealership

CDJR/Stellantis experience is great—but it isn't required.

If you're an experienced technician working for another brand or an independent shop, we'd still like to talk.

And if you're currently employed and don't want your résumé floating around town, we understand that too.

Come have a confidential conversation with us. No pressure. No résumé required.

Sometimes the best career move starts with a 10-minute conversation.
