J Rose Logistics is currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers living in California for our dedicated Southwest regional fleet. Run steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes with predictable weekly resets.

THE PAY:

• $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly earnings
• Competitive CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty)
• $20.00/hr detention and breakdown pay
• Steady, year-round freight (W2 position)

THE HOME TIME & FREIGHT:

• Home Weekly: 5 to 5.5 days on the road, followed by a guaranteed 34 to 48-hour weekend reset at home.
• 100% No-Touch Freight: High-efficiency 70% drop-and-hook (the rest is standard live load/unload).
• Operating Area: Regional routes primarily throughout the Southwestern states.
• Take-Home Trucks: Park the truck at home during your weekly reset.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days.
• Must pass standard DOT screening (safety infractions/backgrounds reviewed case-by-case).
