Job Description

NOW HIRING: General Laborers

Pay: $18.00 per hour

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working outdoors and in a team environment, and are willing to work overtime.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
Typical workday: 5:30/6:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM
Schedule includes windshield (travel) time!
Overtime is expected and available

Job Responsibilities

Assist with the installation and assembly of metal building components
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements

Clean background required
Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor throughout the day
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Spanish-speaking only applicants are welcome
Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are encouraged to apply
