As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current and potential residents, conducting property tours, and assisting with the leasing process. Requirements Prior experience in sales, customer service, or property management preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed Reliable transportation, this position requires travel to conduct site visits at assigned communities A basic knowledge of Multifamily Community Management and Fair Housing Regulations Proven track of successful sales record Strong organizational skills Strong technical skills - MS Word and Excel, experience with Yardi is a plus!
