Position SummaryTo accession and process specimens from inpatient and outreach clients and to register outreach/inhouse patients i.e. Insurance, dx. codes and demographics. To provide customer service through initiation and/or response to client inquiries via phone, fax or printer regarding test status, results or specimen requirements.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.ExperienceA minimum of 1 year in related laboratory or customer service experience preferred.SkillsAbility to set priorities, multi-task and detail oriented.
