Administrative Excellence: Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information, support eligibility checks, and post ledger transactions with accuracy. Outreach & Retention: Execute proactive outreach strategies to remind patients of recalls and recare appointments, helping us build long‑term patient loyalty. Who You Are The Engaging Communicator: You possess strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor that puts patients at ease immediately. The Organized Multitasker: You can manage phone systems, computer workstations, and patient interactions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment without losing focus. The Learner: You have 0–1 year of customer service experience (dental background is a plus but not required) and are eager to learn about dental insurance, scheduling software, and clinical workflows. Physical Capabilities: You are comfortable with extended periods at a workstation, regular movement throughout the lobby, and occasional exposure to clinical areas. Requirements Education & Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: 0–1 year of customer service, front desk, or healthcare office experience. Strong verbal communication and the ability to multitask effectively. Preferred: Experience with Dentrix or other dental practice management software. Basic familiarity with dental insurance verification and eligibility processes. A demonstrated track record of strong customer service and a patient‑first mindset. Physical Requirements Extended periods sitting at a workstation managing multiple screens and phone lines. Regular movement throughout the front office and lobby areas. Occasional exposure to a clinical environment. Ability to manage phone systems, computer workstations, and practice management software simultaneously. Regular and reliable attendance is required.
