At One You Love Homecare – DTC, we’re looking for compassionate caregivers who take pride in helping others and want the flexibility to work around their personal schedule. Whether you’re looking for a few shifts each week or hoping to build your hours over time, we offer opportunities that can grow with you.

As a caregiver, you’ll provide essential support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. You’ll provide companionship, personal care assistance, and daily living support while building meaningful relationships with the people you serve.

Our caregivers are the heart of our organization, and we’re building a dependable team of caring professionals to support current and future clients throughout the Denver Tech Center area.

Scheduling

• Flexible scheduling based on client needs and your availability
• Part-time opportunities
• Short shifts available
• Shifts available days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
• Opportunities to increase your hours as additional clients are assigned
• Clients are located within a 10–15-mile radius of the Denver Tech Center
  

What You’ll Do

As a caregiver, you’ll make a meaningful difference by:

• 
  Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and mobility
• Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition to the care team
• Following infection control and safety procedures
• Transporting clients to appointments, errands, and activities when needed
• Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
• Providing friendly medication reminders (non-medical support only)
• Accurately documenting care and clocking in/out to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field 
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance (if transporting clients)
• Ability to pass background checks, including criminal and driving records
• Willingness to complete Colorado-required orientation, training, and competency evaluation before providing services independently
• Commitment to ongoing annual training
• CPR / First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Authorization to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
