Job Title: Account Executive / Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Cedar Creek, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (On-Site)
Job Type: Contract to Hire

About MLR
Join our vibrant sales team at MLR in Cedar Creek, TX! We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to help us connect talent with opportunity in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential candidates through proactive sourcing.
Conduct outreach to assess candidates' career goals and align them with our job opportunities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Facilitate and support the recruitment process from start to finish.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS/CRM, maintaining candidate and client information.

Required Qualifications:

Must reside in Cedar Creek or be willing to relocate.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Basic understanding of sales techniques to attract top talent and promote services.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
