This person will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners, underwriting new investment opportunities, managing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and preparing investment materials like presentations and investment memos. Manage projects and transactions throughout the acquisition process. Create compelling presentations, investment memos, and reports using tools such as PowerPoint or Tableau. Conduct market analysis and research to support investment decisions. Collaborate with internal teams including capital markets, property management, and regional development teams.
