Education Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Additional customer service or business coursework is a plus.

Experience Requirements

1-3 years of customer service or call center experience required.

Skills and Abilities

Strong Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong math skills, including fractions and decimals. Professional demeanor with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Excellent attendance and reliability required.

Job Duties

Answer incoming customer calls and provide product support. Make outbound calls to assist customers with product selection. Verify customer orders for accuracy prior to submission. Prepare and submit orders for processing. Input warranty registration information into company databases. Track and document customer interactions and call information. Assist walk-in customers with products and services. Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and other departments to resolve issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality standards. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment. Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners. Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
