Key Qualifications:

• Hold active Michigan SLP certification
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to successfully complete required background and drug screenings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Design, implement, and update individualized education program (IEP) goals aligned with each student’s unique strengths and challenges
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services in both individual and group formats
• Work in close partnership with teachers, educational staff, and families to maximize student success
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Track student progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary
