The Manufacturing Technician - Panel Imaging is responsible for preparing, imaging, and processing production panels in a controlled manufacturing environment. This role supports the production process by laminating materials, operating imaging and developing equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet specifications and delivery schedules. The technician will also maintain equipment, complete production documentation, and follow all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, image, and process production panels in a controlled manufacturing environment.

• Support the production process by laminating materials.

• Operate imaging and developing equipment.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and delivery schedules.

• Maintain equipment and complete production documentation.

• Follow all safety and quality standards.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, print, and laminate processes.

• Ability to work in cleanroom conditions.

• Strong skills in process troubleshooting and problem solving.

• Proficiency in quality inspection and control.

• Technical documentation and data entry expertise.

• Safety compliance and chemical handling knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Capability to lift and move materials as required.

• Experience in assembly, laboratory, medical device, and chemical environments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Old Lyme, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
