Warehouse Associate

Our client, an industry leader in warehousing and logistics, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations support team, contributing to efficient inventory management and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Amherst, NY

Pay Range: $18-$22

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5:00pm

What's the Job?

• Perform physical tasks to lift and move inventory around the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, conducting daily safety inspections.
• Unload delivery vehicles, accurately identify and break down materials, and note any discrepancies.
• Store products correctly following established processes and select and pack customer orders to meet quality standards.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving inventory.
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment and light delivery vehicles if needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Adherence to safety procedures and willingness to perform safety inspections.
