School-Based Physical Therapist at Children's Therapy Consultants, LLC

Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Independent Contractor (1099) Location: Montgomery County and surrounding counties, Pennsylvania Children's Therapy Consultants, LLC is a therapist-owned company dedicated to providing high-quality school-based occupational and physical therapy services to students in K–12 educational settings. Children's Therapy Consultants is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team of school-based clinicians. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced therapist, we provide mentorship, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students while enjoying flexibility and work-life balance. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Conduct initial evaluations, re-evaluations, screenings, and write comprehensive evaluation reports. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs. Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and annual progress reports in a timely manner. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers. Consult with school personnel regarding classroom accommodations, adaptive equipment, mobility, positioning, and accessibility. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district regulations. Support students in achieving educational and functional goals within the school environment. Required Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure). Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Preferred School-based pediatric experience is preferred but not required . New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Mentorship and support are available.
