Operations Manager

Operations Manager Join our team at ABS Kids in Smyrna, TN. We provide evidence‑based ABA therapy to children with autism and are looking for an Operations Manager to keep our center running smoothly. Compensation & Benefits $60,000–$70,000 per year + annual bonus Weekday schedule only (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) – no weekends Paid time off: 10 holidays + 15 vacation days Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, etc.) Real career growth and a supportive, mission‑driven team Responsibilities Lead and support Behavior Technicians (BTs) and the administrative team Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, facilities, and more Partner with HR for training and staff development Track performance, budgets, and key performance indicators Handle caregiver concerns and communicate effectively with the team Plan community events and team‑culture initiatives Onboard new hires and ensure policy compliance Report directly to the Director of ABA Services Qualifications At least 3 years of relevant experience Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills in a professional setting Knowledge of ABA therapy or willingness to learn HIPAA knowledge and experience working with remote teams About ABS Kids Our mission is to empower families and create impactful moments for children with autism.
