Director of CRM Sales

Building a high-performing team, the full-time Director of CRM Sales will drive new business growth in the Enterprise Technology vertical, develop sales strategies, and engage with C-level executives while working in a flexible environment. Key responsibilities Build and lead a team of CRM Sales Executives to drive sales growth nationally Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Operations to effectively penetrate the market Engage in territory planning and support Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities to achieve revenue targets Required qualifications Located in a major metro area in the United States Proven success in selling software within the Enterprise Technology vertical Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making Strong track record in recruiting, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams Demonstrated strategic thinking and financial planning skills to meet sales quotas
