Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and oversee day support programs to meet the needs of our participants. Lead and manage a team of staff members, providing guidance, support, and professional development. Monitor program effectiveness and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and community partners. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budgeting to ensure program success. Required Skills and Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and program management. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with participants, staff, and stakeholders.
