The Academy Child Development Centers is looking for a warm, energetic, and highly organized Enrollment Specialist to join our team!

This is an office-based position supporting enrollment efforts across our preschool locations. You will often be one of the first connections a prospective family has with The Academy, making this role an important part of creating an exceptional experience from the very beginning.

What You'll Do

As our Enrollment Specialist, you will:

• Respond to prospective family inquiries in a warm, professional, and timely manner
• Guide families through the enrollment process from their initial inquiry through their next steps
• Become highly knowledgeable about The Academy's programs, philosophy, and preschool experience so you can confidently communicate what makes our schools special
• Provide families with accurate information regarding programs, tuition, availability, and enrollment requirements
• Schedule school tours and communicate tour information with center directors
• Consistently follow up with prospective families and enrollment leads
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within our CRM system
• Work closely with center directors to understand current availability and enrollment needs
• Monitor center capacity and help track enrollment goals across locations
• Maintain organized records and ensure leads receive timely communication
• Remain flexible and adaptable as the position and enrollment processes continue to evolve

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited about connecting families with a high-quality preschool experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, enrollment, administrative support, or a similar role
• Early childhood education or preschool experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A warm, friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• The ability to manage multiple families, leads, and priorities at the same time
• Comfort using computers, email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
• The ability and willingness to learn new technology and systems
• A team-focused attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with school leadership

Compensation

$18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
