Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classrooms
• Offer 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by instructional staff
• Support students with daily routines, transitions, and class engagement
• Implement individualized behavior plans and follow IEPs as needed
• Assist with personal care and mobility requirements for assigned students
• Maintain a positive and nurturing classroom environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• TB test as required by district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Current or obtainable clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials a plus (not mandatory)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach
