Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Louisville, KY. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining public spaces, and has experience with lawn care and basic facility maintenance.

Maintenance Technician Highlights:

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Full-time opportunity
Stable weekday schedule
Variety of outdoor and facility maintenance work

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

Perform lawn care and landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance
Maintain landscaped areas
Perform light building maintenance, including painting and minor repairs
Assist with routine maintenance of public facilities and grounds
Operate lawn care equipment and basic hand and power tools
Remove debris and maintain clean, safe work areas
Perform seasonal maintenance tasks as needed
Follow all safety procedures and complete other duties as assigned

Maintenance Technician Job Qualifications:

Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, or general maintenance experience preferred
Experience using lawn care equipment, hand tools, and power tools
Basic knowledge of painting and minor building repairs
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Valid driver's license is required
