The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children improve their quality of life through therapeutic interventions in a clinic-based setting. Duties * Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' needs and abilities. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals. * Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' physical, emotional, and social well-being. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including PT's, OT's, SLP's and Assistants to ensure patient care. * Educate patients and their families about treatment options, care plans, and strategies for daily living. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards. Skills * Making therapy fun! * Experience in pediatrics is highly desirable. * Proficient in developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs. * Ability to manage cases effectively while providing compassionate patient care. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams. * Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple cases simultaneously. * A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in physical therapy.
