Front of House Director

Front of House Director Chick-fil-A Lumberton is seeking a Front of House Director who will greatly impact the business. This leader will be responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant and will be tasked with showing care and creating remarkable experiences for our guests. Directors are expected to set the standard for signature service and must lead by example. To do this, our leaders need to actively show a passion for service and for the Chick-fil-A brand. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done makes a great example for all members of your team. Position Key Responsibilities: Lead and understand all aspects of the restaurant. Lead with humility. Mentor, coach, invest in, and build relationships with a diverse team of people. Greet all guests with a smile and go above and beyond.
