Role Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, ongoing healthcare to patients of all ages, from children to seniors.
- Guide individuals through managing chronic diseases, acute illnesses, mental health issues, and preventive care, always prioritizing patient needs.
- Perform thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and design tailored treatment strategies.
- Work in conjunction with care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and various specialists for a holistic approach to well-being.
- Engage in quality enhancement practices that not only improve patient outcomes but foster operational excellence.
- Maintain updated patient records through adept use of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Provide care options that include both in-person and telehealth services to suit patient preferences.
- MD or DO with a degree from an accredited medical institution.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine is a must.
- Must hold or be eligible for a valid Washington medical license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are highly desirable.
- Exceptional diagnostic and clinical capabilities, with a focus on proactive health management.
