Facility: Rehabilitation Center of Orlando Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Orlando, FL Shift: Full-Time | All Shifts Available Salary: Up to $33/hour Join Our Team! We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team and make a meaningful difference every day. Key Responsibilities Administer and accurately document medications and treatments in accordance with policies and regulations. Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical staff with diagnostic procedures and treatments. Observe and report changes in residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care based on individualized care plans and physician orders. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to enhance resident care. Perform additional duties as assigned, upholding the highest standards of care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Valid LPN license in the state of Florida. Current CPR certification. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar healthcare settings. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team (RNs, CNAs, physicians, therapists). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
