Summary Lead the store team as a passionate brand ambassador to drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional client experience. Manage and motivate staff, create a positive work environment, and support business planning through product analysis and action plans. Ensure high standards of clienteling, visual and operational execution while fostering a digital mindset and cross-selling across categories. Responsibilities Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance through visible leadership and floor presence. Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans based on product performance and sales analysis. Ensure an engaging client journey, build client relationships, and execute clientelling initiatives to grow loyalty and capture customer profiles. Coach and develop team members, identify talent, and partner with HR/L&D to define individual development plans. Promote cross-selling and upselling across product categories and encourage digital sales tools adoption. Oversee store operations including cash activity, inventory control, logistics, and adherence to company procedures. Maintain high standards of product care, grooming, and back-of-house organization to protect company assets. Requirements Strong business acumen with analytical skills to interpret sales and product performance. Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and current market trends. Proven ability to deliver excellent client experiences and build customer loyalty. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills. High attention to detail, organizational skills, dependability, and flexibility in schedule.
